Very quiet and convenient. My room was spotless and well supplied with amenities. The staff were welcoming and so friendly. Stacy checked me in Thursday evening 8/29. And she was there with a friendly greeting each evening when I came in over the next 3 evenings. Jen was on the desk the next morning with the same warm and friendly demeanor. A comfortable bed after a long day sight seeing was so welcome. The dining service was great as well. Same warm and friendly staff and well cooked, delicious food. I will definitely stay at Cambria again.

Brenda at the front desk was a refreshing, kind & helpful clerk. After being booked at a dirty hotel nearby, she made the switch over easy & pleasant after a long day. Our room was beautiful(a king suite) & comfortable. We even used the pool. My only note on the negative is that ALL of the furniture in this facility is very dilapidated. Even the chairs in the restaurant have lost all of their top side material. You have a wonderful facility there. Don’t let it get ruined by neglect. I end by saying that this facility is kept very clean apart from needed upgrades.

The room was large and spacious. The A/C worked well. Water pressure and softness were excellent. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator worked and the freezer area froze our ice packs. It was clean. We don't use the maids on a long stay, but occasionally like to change towels, etc. The staff was willing to accommodate our request.

Love the location and the hotels rooms. The extra space is needed for my families needs The pool and hot tub stay open later then other hotels. We always enjoy our stay there.

When I checked in it all went well till I got to the room they assigned me. When I got my room it had been used for something. it was messed up and had used by someone and left in a mess. I went back to the check in desk and reported it. They were very sorry and upgraded me for the issue. the staff was great and addressed it fast and professionally.

Loved that I was welcomed by the lady at the front desk (can't recall her name). The whole process was pretty quick. Went to my room to a clean, nice room. The lighting was great, the room itself spacious, nicely laid out. The decor pulled it all together. The bathroom was a good size and super nice. I will definitely be returning my next trip.

This was my second time staying here and I will definitely be coming back. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool/jacuzzi/gym are open 24/7 which is exciting to me even though I haven't taken advantage yet and the staff have been beyond friendly each time! It's quickly become my favorite place to stay when I need a night away in town. The location is close to one of my favorite restaurants (Sickies), right around the corner from the J bar (one of my favorite bars in town), the bigger/newer Common Cents and right off the interstate. Not to mention, Rushmore Crossing is right down the street as well. There's NOTHING I don't like about this hotel. Oh and you really can't beat the price!

For the most part, the staff was very helpful and friendly; especially the guy that works at night. The room was setup nice with a couch so we had someplace to kick back after a day of hiking the Nat'l Parks. Indoor pool was relaxing and the fire pit was a great place to relax in the evenings. The snack offerings in the lobby were nice addition.
